Public Comments from Tammy Forsell regarding protest of 21% rate hikes upcoming July 1st, 2016. Says that there is no honest reasons to support any increases.

SHN gave report on waste water systems improvements to include a "property swap" without public full transparency or first declaring district property surplus to the needs of the district and offering the property for sale to the highest bidder.

Manhard Consulting report on "water storage tank replacement" to include placing a new steel water storage tank in the same location of exciting leaking tank.
