LSCD contracted Daren Thompson to build our towns water treatment plant building.
LCSD does own the building but does NOT own the land.

June 30, 2010, the Loleta Community Services District entered into a lease agreement for real property owned by the Loleta Volunteer Fire Department. Loleta CSD owes the Fire Department for the land that houses the water treatment plant. The Lease Term is for 20 years, with annual payments of $1,200. The following is a schedule by years of minimum payments required under the lease to house the water treatment plant:
